Simple Simon has transformed himself to look like Supreme and is causing chaos in the desert. Supreme and Youngblood arrive on the scene to take down the imposter.

This issue along with Brigade #25, Stormwatch #25, and Bloodstrike #25 were a part of the the Images of Tomorrow event where instead of releasing the next chronological issue in the series they instead released the 25th issue.

This issue was in fact published between Supreme #12 and Supreme #13.
